Message	to all newbies out there....i guess i am still a newbie too. but i search and search before i post questions, then when i cant find what i am looking for then i post my Q's. i was reading a post above and some guy was getting pounded pretty bad! just remember to search. this site is the best site for help and lets keep it that way.
